Getting access

Engera is invite-based. How organisations get onto the platform, and how teammates join an existing workspace.

New organisations

There is no self-service sign-up. To bring your organisation onto Engera, use Request access on engera.com. The Engera team sets up your workspace, including data-region and security requirements, and creates the first admin account.

Joining your organisation

If your organisation already uses Engera, an admin invites you:

1. You receive an invitation email with an activation link.
2. Opening the link activates your account.
3. From then on you sign in with your email and a one-time code (see Signing in).

Note: membership is per project; your admins decide which projects you can see.
