Members & access

Access in Engera is granted per project. How membership works and how demo projects differ.

Per-project membership

A project is visible only to its members. There is no organisation-wide read access to project content: a commercially sensitive bid stays restricted to the people working on it. What a member can do inside the project follows their organisation role. Roles are managed by your admins (see the Organisation chapter).

Inviting members

To add someone, navigate to Project settings → Members and choose Invite member:

• Existing workspace users are added immediately and see the project on their home.
• New people receive an invitation email first (see Getting access) and join the project once their account is activated.

Demo projects

Demo projects are open to everyone in the workspace. They exist for exploring Engera with realistic content and are marked as demos in the project list. Regular projects always require membership.
