Docs/Reviewing AI suggestions

Reviewing AI suggestions

Items the AI creates enter the project as suggestions and stay marked as pending until a person accepts or dismisses them.

Why review exists

Every item the AI creates enters the project as a suggestion. A suggestion is marked with a pending-review state and excluded from counts and exports that represent confirmed knowledge. Each suggestion also carries the reasoning behind the proposal. An item becomes confirmed programme knowledge only when a person accepts it.

Accept, dismiss, restore

Each row on an item surface shows its review state. Click the state to act on it:

  • Accept confirms the item as programme knowledge.
  • Dismiss removes a wrong or unwanted proposal from the working set without deleting it.
  • Restore brings a dismissed item back into the working set.

Before deciding, open the item to check its source: every suggestion links to the clause that produced it (see How derivation works).

Working in bulk

A derivation over a long contract can propose hundreds of items. Select multiple rows to accept or dismiss them together. Use the table's grouping and filters to work through the list. For example, group by document section and review the proposals in contract order.
